the rains longer. For our January recipe we thought you would enjoy this . For our January recipe we thought we'd give you
one to make use of that left over champagne that usually gets tossed. Enjoy!!

| Champagne Blue
Cheese Spread |
INGREDIENTS
8 oz cream cheese
4 oz blue cheese
4 green onions, minced
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup champagne
1 tbs. cracked pepper |
METHOD
Coarse chop onions and pecans and put in food processor with steel
blade.
Chop until fine. Add all other ingredients and process until blended.
