This is a real favorite at the Inn with
many guests telling us that they have never tasted anything quite like this pâté. We use
a mild curry; but if you like your curry on the spicy side it would work well. The chutney
we use is fairly firm. If yours is more on the liquid side, cut down on the quantity as
the paté won't set up as nicely. We usually serve this pâté with brie cheese in puff
pastry and pineapple mango salsa.
